KeepSaiQ uses a small set of service providers to run the product. Each receives only what its service requires, only to provide that service to us, and never to sell or to advertise on its own behalf. This page lists every provider that can receive personal information, what it receives, and where it operates. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Purpose:
- Hosting, storage, database, AI processing (photo analysis, transcription, generated captions and insights), and sign-in
- What it receives:
- Your account information and your family's content, encrypted in transit and at rest. AWS is where KeepSaiQ runs.
- Region:
- United States (us-east-2, Ohio)
Stripe
- Purpose:
- Payment processing
- What it receives:
- Payment details and billing email. We never see or store your card number.
- Region:

Customer.io
- Purpose:
- Transactional email (invitations, password resets, account notices) and in-app messages
- What it receives:
- Your email address and name, message content we send you (an invitation includes the inviter's and family's names), and product engagement signals. Never your photos, recordings, or memory text.

- Purpose:
- Customer support messenger and support tickets
- What it receives:
- Your email address, name, and whatever you write to support.

Atlassian (Jira)
- Purpose:
- Internal tracking of support reports
- What it receives:
- The text of bug reports and feedback you submit through support.

Sentry
- Purpose:
- Error monitoring
- What it receives:
- Technical error reports tied to an internal account ID only — scrubbed of your content, email, and search terms before they leave the app.

Google Analytics
- Purpose:
- Usage measurement and measuring our own Google ads (only with your consent)
- What it receives:
- Pages visited and general device and region information. Without consent, only cookieless aggregate pings. In the iOS app, the same consent lets Google's Firebase Analytics SDK report app opens and usage time, account creation and in-app subscription purchases, with an app-specific anonymous ID, your IP address and basic device information — never the device advertising identifier, and your email is matched only on the device in hashed form, never sent. Without consent Firebase does not start.

- What it receives:
- Feature-usage events and interface recordings with all text, typed input, and images masked or blocked — your content is never visible in a recording.

PostHog
- Purpose:

- What it receives:
- Feature-usage events, your email and name, and interface recordings with all text, typed input, and images masked or blocked.

Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram ads)
- Purpose:
- Measuring whether our own ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to sign-ups and first memories (only with your consent)
- What it receives:
- With consent, the Meta Pixel reports pages visited on keepsaiq.com and app.keepsaiq.com and the steps of getting started (creating an account, saving a first memory, sending or accepting a family invitation), and our server confirms those same steps with a hashed email address and hashed account ID, your IP address and browser type, and Meta's own _fbp/_fbc cookies. Meta uses these to attribute and deliver our ads. In the iOS app (from version 1.1), the same consent lets Meta's app SDK report that the app was opened and that an account was created, with an app-specific anonymous ID, your IP address and basic device information (model, OS and app version, language, carrier) — never the device advertising identifier. Never your photos, recordings, memory text, or family members' details. Without consent nothing is loaded or sent.

- Ordinary web-traffic metadata for visits to keepsaiq.com. The app at app.keepsaiq.com is not served through Cloudflare.
