Terms of Service

KeepSaiQ is a private family memory platform: you and the family members you invite can store, organize, and revisit photos, voice recordings, stories, and related memories, including AI-assisted features such as transcription, captions, and generated insights.

You must be at least 18 to create an account, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for inviting only people you trust into your family space.

You own the content you add. You confirm that you have the right to upload it — including the consent of the people in it where required. You grant KeepSaiQ a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service for you and your family. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell it.

You can delete your content or your account at any time, which ends this license except for residual backup copies that are purged on a rolling basis.

AI-generated transcripts, captions, questions, and insights are produced automatically and can be wrong. They are offered to help you capture memories, not as factual records — review anything that matters before relying on it.

Don't use KeepSaiQ to store or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or harms others; don't attempt to access other families' data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

KeepSaiQ is provided "as is" while in beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please keep your own copies of irreplaceable originals.

You may stop using KeepSaiQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of KeepSaiQ are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection right you have under the law of your home country or state.
