Feature
There is no public side of KeepSaiQ
Most platforms make privacy a settings screen you are expected to defend. KeepSaiQ has no public surface to be exposed to in the first place — there is nothing to lock down because nothing is open.
No public surface
No feed, no profiles, no followers, no discovery, no way for a stranger to find your family.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Content is protected on the wire and in storage inside our own cloud infrastructure.
Not used to train AI
Your family's content is not used to train AI models, and our providers do not use it to train theirs.
Deletion that means it
Recordings purge within minutes with their transcripts. Deleting your account runs the same erasure.
The business model is the privacy policy
A platform that sells attention needs your content to be seen by as many people as possible, and needs to know as much as possible about you to sell against that attention. Everything else follows from that — the feed, the recommendations, the pressure to post, the slow expansion of what "sharing" means.
KeepSaiQ is not that shape. There is no advertising and no attention to sell, so there is no incentive to widen the audience for anything your family adds. The archive gets more valuable the longer a family keeps it, not the more people see it.
What that means concretely
Content is visible only to the family members you invite. There is no public profile, no shareable feed, no follower graph, and no recommendation engine surfacing your family to anyone.
Some features process content with AI services inside our own cloud infrastructure — photo analysis, voice-to-text transcription, generated captions and insights. That processing happens so the product can work, which is precisely why we do not claim end-to-end encryption: it would not be true. What we do claim is verified — encryption in transit and at rest, and content that is not used to train AI models.
Grouping photos by person is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, face signatures are stored inside our cloud account, kept separately for each family, used only to group that family's own photos, and deleted when you turn the feature off. The full retention and destruction schedule is published rather than described.
Leaving is part of the design
A memory archive you cannot leave is a hostage situation dressed as a feature. Deletion is real and fast: voice recordings and transcripts are purged within minutes rather than held for a recovery window, and deleting your account runs the same erasure across everything you added.
Common questions
- Is KeepSaiQ end-to-end encrypted?
- No, and we will not say otherwise. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, but our systems process it in order to transcribe recordings, analyze photos, and generate captions and insights. Claiming end-to-end encryption while doing that would be a false security representation.
- Do you sell or share family data?
- No. Content is shared only with the family members you invite. Service providers — cloud hosting and AI processing, payments, and consent-based analytics — each receive only what they need to provide their service to us, and the complete list is published on the subprocessors page.
- Is our content used to train AI models?
- No. Your family's content is not used to train AI models, and the providers that process it do not use it to train theirs. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.
- Can we get our memories out?
- Yes, and you can delete them. Deletion is immediate and literal rather than a soft archive, and account deletion runs the same erasure across everything you added.
